We now use in mold labelling (I.M.L.) as our main decoration process. It consists of the seamless fusion by injection of a plastic label with the packaging. Flat printing of the label, as we might do with cardboard or paper, ensures high definition printing quality, as well as recyclability.
The label is printed offset with up to 10 colors. This technique allows you to group flavours on the same sheet in order to reduce the cost of a limited run and stay competitive with other decoration techniques.
Various supports can be used (polypropylene, polyethylene, white or transparent, etc.) and oxygen or light barriers (EVOH, aluminium, etc.) can be included.
